Rich Text Editor
The rich text editor provides the familiar interface of a word processor to help you edit pages in PmWiki.
Features
- You already know how to use it- it works just like your desktop word processor.
- You can cut, copy and paste from most word processors and web browsers. It even keeps many kinds of formatting.
Quick Help
All I see on the edit page is a jumble of HTML code!
This editor supports Mozilla Firefox, Netscape 7.0, and Internet Explorer. It may also work on Apple's Safari, but may behave strangely. If you are using a supported browser, but still experience problems, make sure you have JavaScript and cookies enabled for this site. If you are using an unsupported browser, or if problems persist, consider using the plain text editor.
How do I cut, copy and paste? The toolbar and context menu buttons aren't available.
Use the Ctrl-X (Cut), Ctrl-C (Copy) and Ctrl-V (Paste) keyboard shortcuts. The buttons are not available because of security restrictions in some browsers.
Why can't I create tables within tables?
The software this site uses, PmWiki, does not support nested tables.
Can I still use PmWiki markup?
Yes. Most PmWiki markup can be typed into the rich text editor.
